In response to the requirements of compact xDSL layout area and surge protection capabilities, Semiware has launched the SG3D03B090 series of products, which adopt Semiware micro-miniature packaging technology and can achieve 6KA@8/20uS in a product size of 3.5×3.5×6.8mm. It has the characteristics of low inter-electrode capacitance, strong surge absorption ability, low insertion loss and long service life.
