What is BAS70-05?

BAS70-05 is a low current, small package, common cathode structure Schottky diode device, integrating two diodes with independent anodes and shared cathodes. Its internal connection method makes it very suitable for applications that require two signal convergence, common cathode rectification or clamping protection.
