The BT136 600E is a widely used four-quadrant triac,designed for AC power control applications.It can efficiently control AC voltages up to 600V with a typical current carrying capacity of 4A (RMS). The TO-220 package makes it an ideal choice for a variety of home appliances, industrial control and lighting applications.

Working Principle
