The BT169D sensitive SCR product, using TO-92 packaging, glass passivation process, easy to be triggered by microampere current emitted by induction coils, proximity switches, and microprocessors. Especially suitable for applications in pulse igniters, negative ion generators, logic circuit drivers, color light controllers, leakage protectors, vacuum cleaners soft start, and other fields.
