The M7 rectifier diode belongs to the surface mount (SMD) rectifier diode series. It is widely used in electronic circuits for its compact size and reliable performance. This diode adopts DO-214AC package, which is very suitable for modern electronic equipment with limited space.

  • Reasonable heat dissipation design
    Although the 1A current is not large, if the continuous high current is rectified, the heat dissipation capacity limitation of the SMA package should be considered, and the copper foil area should be increased to help heat dissipation if necessary.
  • Prevent reverse breakdown
    A reverse voltage exceeding 800V is likely to cause damage to the diode, and a margin should be left in the design stage
