SD103BW Description

SD103BW is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode. It is a high performance small signal rectifier device. The diode adopts SOD-123 package and is widely used in various electronic circuits for high frequency rectification, signal detection and power supply protection.

Working Principle

  • Temperature characteristics: The forward voltage drop has a negative temperature coefficient, which helps prevent thermal runaway.
