MBRF20100CT Description
MBRF20100CT is a dual Schottky diode in TO-220 package. It is mainly used in switching power supplies, inverters, battery chargers and other fields. It has the characteristics of low forward voltage drop and high efficiency, and is suitable for high-frequency rectification and freewheeling protection circuits.
The device consists of two Schottky diodes in parallel packaged in a TO-220 package, with the center pin as the common cathode (common cathode structure), which is suitable for medium and high current rectification tasks.
